Offsite Backup – Asigra V Attix5

Having used both Attix 5 and Asigra to manage my offsite backup process, I thought I’d share my experiences with you. Obviously the service providers can help or hamper the process of backing up your data offsite, but I’ll leave them out at this time, and just compare the applications themselves.
First off, it’s clear that Asigra is the more high-end and professional application, you could argue also that it’s a little too technical, and some of the terminology is a little confusing.
Whilst Attix 5 is easier to use, I certainly experienced more problems than with Asigra, and the level of support from Asigra is far superior than from Attix 5.
